This project is a comprehensive ground up custom build, strategically retaining a single original wall to preserve grandfathered setbacks and maximize the building envelope along with a two-story ground-up ADU designed for use as a home office and flexible living space. We incorporated a custom deck system to connect indoor and outdoor living, while curated, imported finishes from overseas elevated the entire property into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
